I am honored to gently assist clients on their journey of healing and achieving a happier life. While it takes dedication and work, I strive to make the process light and clear. Everyone experiences times of struggle throughout their life and can benefit from the support of an accepting, respectful and supportive therapist. We often just need a safe place to process what we are feeling and new coping skills. Using individualized, strength-based techniques, I help clients compassionately recognize and observe difficult feelings, and to identify and implement positive, lasting change. I specialize in working with women experiencing anxiety, stress, sadness or difficulty with self-image. I also work with women in stages of transition: the transition from high school to college, college to career, motherhood, empty nest, and retirement.
